Warm Oak Character with a Refined Plank Format
KRONOTEX Tajo Oak combines a soft golden-beige base with gentle tonal variation, fine linear grain and occasional natural-looking oak details. The restrained colouring adds warmth without making an interior feel dark or visually heavy, allowing the floor to coordinate easily with off-white walls, beige furnishings, natural stone, timber joinery and darker architectural accents.
Part of the KRONOTEX Amazone collection, Tajo Oak uses a narrow 157 mm plank format. The slim proportions and 1-strip layout create the appearance of individual timber boards, while four-sided bevelled edges provide clearer definition between installed planks. Its official surface designation is ML, meaning Matt Look.
The balanced colour makes this design suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, corridors and home offices. Its AC5/Class 33 classification also supports use in appropriate commercial interiors such as offices, meeting rooms, boutiques and other professionally specified spaces.
Installation should be completed over a clean, dry and level subfloor using the correct underlay, moisture protection and perimeter expansion gaps for the site conditions. When extending an existing installation, confirm the carton code and locking generation before ordering: discontinued Amazone boards and newer Aqua Amazone versions may not connect with one another.
For everyday care, remove loose dust with a vacuum or soft broom and clean using a slightly damp mop. Avoid saturating the floor, abrasive cleaning products and prolonged standing moisture
