Contemporary Grey Oak Character
KRONOTEX Harbour Oak Grey brings together cool grey, soft granite and muted beige-brown tones in a balanced oak-effect design. Darker grain lines, knots and natural colour movement prevent the floor from looking flat, while the restrained palette works comfortably with white, charcoal, beige, taupe and natural wood furnishings.
The 1-strip format gives every panel the appearance of a single full-width floorboard. Its ER registered-emboss surface coordinates the embossed texture with the printed wood pattern, helping the grain appear more defined and realistic. A V4 bevel outlines all four sides of each plank and creates a clearly separated board effect after installation.
Suitable Spaces
The current Harbour Oak Grey D3572 specification is part of the KRONOTEX ROBUSTO collection. The 12 mm panels carry usage class 33 and abrasion class AC5, making the range suitable for demanding residential areas and commercial environments. The grey oak palette is particularly effective in modern villas, apartments, offices, showrooms, shops and hospitality projects where the flooring should remain visually neutral without appearing plain.
KRONOTEX currently identifies ROBUSTO as waterproof in accordance with the NALFA test and suitable for wet rooms. For bathrooms, entrances or other moisture-sensitive installations, the installer should still follow the complete sealing instructions and confirm the warranty conditions supplied in the UAE.
Planning, Installation and Care
Before ordering, review a physical sample under the project’s natural and artificial lighting, as grey and greige flooring can change noticeably between warm and cool light. For UAE installations, the subfloor should be tested for moisture and levelness, and suitable underlay, perimeter expansion gaps and movement joints should be planned before fitting.
KRONOTEX flooring uses a click installation system. After installation, clean the surface with a hard-floor vacuum attachment or a well-wrung, slightly damp mop. Avoid wax, polish and products that leave a surface film
