Light oak flooring with a weathered character
KRONOTEX Hella Oak D4754 combines a bright oak appearance with intentionally worn visual detailing. Creamy white and light beige areas are interrupted by muted grey and brown grain markings, creating a floor that feels aged and expressive without becoming visually heavy.
The decor uses a 1-strip plank design, giving each board the appearance of a full-width timber plank. Its UL — Used Look surface treatment introduces visible signs of wear, while the four-sided V-groove helps define the individual boards after installation. These features give Hella Oak a relaxed vintage and loft-inspired character.
Its pale neutral palette works particularly well with white walls, natural fabrics, light stone, black metal accents and understated contemporary furniture. It can support Scandinavian, coastal, rustic-modern and minimalist interior schemes. Suitable applications may include living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, apartments, retail interiors and other projects where a lighter floor is required.
Before ordering, review a physical sample under the project’s actual lighting. Bright flooring can appear warmer under yellow lighting and cooler beside grey walls or daylight glazing. The subfloor should also be checked for levelness and moisture before installation, with the correct underlay, expansion gaps and acclimatisation procedure followed.
For routine maintenance, remove loose dust with a soft broom or vacuum and clean with a lightly damp microfiber mop. Wipe spills promptly, avoid abrasive products and protect frequently moved furniture with suitable floor pads.
