A Light, Weathered Wood-Look Floor
KRONOTEX Fantasy Wood combines cool grey and white tones with softly distressed grain details and occasional beige accents. The varied surface creates a reclaimed or naturally aged appearance while maintaining a light overall colour that can help interiors feel more open.
The 1-strip plank format gives each board the appearance of a single, continuous piece of timber rather than several narrow strips. V4 edge detailing defines the individual planks after installation, while the UL surface designation represents KRONOTEX’s “Used Look” texture. The exact décor is identified as D4779 within the ROBUSTO collection.
Suitable Interior Applications
Fantasy Wood can work well with minimalist, Scandinavian, coastal and contemporary interior schemes. Its neutral colouring can be paired with white walls, stone finishes, black metal details or warmer timber furniture.
The floor carries use class 33 and an AC5 abrasion rating, positioning it for demanding residential rooms and suitable dry commercial interiors. It may therefore be considered for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, offices, boutiques and other selected commercial projects, subject to the correct installation conditions.
The 12 mm boards measure 1375 × 188 mm and use a 5G click installation system. Each pack contains five boards covering 1.293 m². Water-based underfloor heating is supported, but the complete heating system, underlay and installation method should be approved before fitting.
Install the flooring over a dry, clean and level substrate using an appropriate underlay. For routine care, remove loose dirt with a soft broom or hard-floor vacuum attachment and clean with a well-wrung, slightly damp cloth. Steam cleaners, abrasive pads, wax and polish should not be used on standard laminate flooring
